WAC Enlisted Khaki Hobby Hat Size 21 1/2Vintage WWII WAAC WAC (Women's Army Corps) khaki Hobby hat. It is marked size 21 1 2. Enlisted. Named to Beulah Page A 700330. The WAC changed from the walking eagle to the standard eagle that was used on men's hats in late summer of 1943. Fairly good condition. There is a small mark on the front and on the side. Some dark spots on the inside of the hat band. The insignia has some oxidation. Some light staining on the sweatband. Slightly misshapen

lI don't know if these will be flattering on me, but I LOVE THEM. They're hip and cool and I will wear them although I am 65. Would look best with shorter shirts, but of course, not showing belly. A slim young woman would "kill" this look. Denim is heavy duty and all hardware top class. The ad said to size down, but I ordered my regular size. The waist is a little tight on me, but the barrel legs are loose and hang nicely. Definitely something I will wear with platform ankle boots or sneakers. I anticipate people will absolutely love them (younger folk) where people my age, may say hmmm because they are a statement piece.
