I really love that this product is from an ancient recipe from JR Watkins. Not heavy and soapy, I have sprayers that I use to spray those items that need a quick wash. I've been using this dish detergent for months. I just love it. The light fresh lemon scent and the fact that it does not give you dish-pan hands like those name brand grease cutting detergents. You have to spray more of this on a greasy surface and wash 2, maybe 3x depending on the surface, but it will cut grease. Love the spray bottle too. If the sprayer gets wonky I've found that if I remove the white screen from the sprayer nozzle it works better.
